3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) BigBossJudi account only. This is a non-negotiable rule. Owning multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or identity details — is a serious violation of these terms.

By registering a BigBossJudi account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• Keep your password and account login details confidential — do not share them with anyone, including family members.
• Notify BigBossJudi immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs within your account, including bets placed and financial transactions.

BigBossJudi reserves the right to suspend or close any account that provides false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration. In such cases, all funds in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.

4Deposit and Payment Methods

BigBossJudi accepts deposits via Malaysia's leading digital payment methods only. Available options are:

You must ensure that all deposited funds belong to you and are not derived from any illegal activity. BigBossJudi will not accept deposits from third-party credit cards, another person's bank account, or any unverifiable source.

5Withdrawals & Limits

Withdrawals from BigBossJudi accounts are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit ("same-method policy"). This is an anti-money laundering measure.
• Accounts must have completed the required identity verification (KYC) process before any withdrawal exceeding RM1,000 can be processed.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are processed within 5–15 minutes on normal business days.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow or FPX to a bank account take between 30 minutes and 2 hours to process.
• During peak hours or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

BigBossJudi does not charge withdrawal fees. However, any funds in a BigBossJudi account that has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee of RM20 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

BigBossJudi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including first deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free credits, reload bonuses, and special promotions tied to Malaysian festivities or major sporting events such as BWF badminton tournaments, the Malaysia Super League, or the EPL. • One Bonus at a Time: BigBossJudi only allows one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the terms of a specific promotion.
• Bonus Abuse Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit bonuses — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, hedging bets using bonus funds, or creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — is strictly prohibited.

BigBossJudi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. BigBossJudi's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and fulfilment of conditions are final.

7Casino Game Rules

All casino games at BigBossJudi — including slots, poker, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, and live casino — are powered by software from internationally licensed providers using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent auditing bodies. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by BigBossJudi or any player.

10Account Termination & Suspension

BigBossJudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification requirements within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion instructions related to responsible gambling.

Players may also close their BigBossJudi account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player through their usual payment method, once all necessary checks have been completed.

11BigBossJudi Liability Limits
